Interesting. It's something football clubs are well aware of but don't tackle. With attendances falling almost everywhere except the Premiership and the ever increasing cost of being a fan, I'm not sure what clubs can do to get any new supporters through the turnstiles.

Strange how the likes of Manchester United are more than happy to sell shirts in Asia: why have they neglected British Asian fans. Is it because they are not of 'strategic interest'?

Football clubs are more interested in gaining cash from the Far and Mid East but have overlooked an entire community.

Asian fans should dig their heels in and force the clubs to engage with ethnic media and young potential footballers.

The work that Wolves do is truly great and the Asian Liver Bird book is a massive step by the club.
